Transparency is of paramount importance. At the outset, you may well ask how it is possible for a foreign exchange servicing company to earn a profit when not charging fees or commissions on buying or selling currencies. The fact is we profit from the margin on the exchange rate (i.e. the difference between the price at which we buy and the price at which we sell). This is smaller than that available at a high street bank for example, since we are trading at much higher volumes and it can make all the difference, since our aim is to pass on significant savings to our clients, while maintaining the professional and secure service they expect and deserve.
